Credit Union Membership as an Employee Benefit

Enhance your employee benefits package at no cost to your company!

One of the greatest challenges to you as an employer is how to attract and retain qualified employees. Offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes Main Street Financial Federal Credit Union membership is a great way to increase employee loyalty and reduce turnover.

Employee surveys show that Credit Union membership is the most popular employee benefit after casual days and 401K participation. Studies also show employers enjoy lower absenteeism and higher productivity when employees feel their employers care about their welfare.

According to a Virginia Tech Study, an employee stressed about money matters costs employers an average of $400 per employee annually -- primarily due to lost productivity and absenteeism. By offering your employees a low-cost financial alternative you can directly impact your bottom line.
